How do I search for products?

You can search for products by typing into our in-built search engine or simply visiting the different categories and sub-categories where the product has been listed. Use our filters to find the exact product you are looking for.

How do I make payment?

We offer you two distinct payment options. You can either choose to Pay on Delivery of products or pay while placing an order via your Credit Card. However, some products or locations may not qualify for Pay on Delivery.

Can you deliver the product to my office?

Yes, we can deliver the product to your office or any other place that you opt for if it falls within our serviceable area.

What if I am not present at home/office during delivery?

Our logistic partners call you before making the delivery to ensure your presence. We make two further delivery attempts within 3 days. Your order stands automatically cancelled after these two additional attempts.

What happens when my order is cancelled?

In the case of prepaid orders, we shall refund you the money within 7 days of order cancellation. It would be credited to the same Credit Card using which you had made the payment.

Are my Credit Card details safe?

We have adopted stringent security measures and every payment is encrypted via 'Secure Socket Layer' (SSL) technology.

My Credit Card is being declined, what can I do?

There are many reasons for declined transaction via your credit card. You may have crossed credit limits or may have entered a wrong PIN. You should contact your card issuer to resolve the matter.

I am not satisfied with the product that you sent me, what do I do?

If there is a genuine error on our part such as mismatching item, wrong size, damaged package etc. you are requested to raise the issue within 7 days of receiving the product and send it back to us. You shall receive credits on the site or a refund. Bear in mind that the returned items would undergo inspection to ascertain the validity of your claims.

How can I track my order?
